Group Reservations

Spring/ Summer - 2024

LoHi features large tables on the roof deck that are available for groups of 10 to 40 people.  Please review the policy below: 

• These bookings are NOT private events
• Peak shifts | We offer table rentals
• Off-peak shifts | We offer reservations with refundable deposits
• Your booking earns your group a "home base" which includes some tables & chairs 
• Bookings are for outdoor tables 
• Indoor reservations are available by request:
  • The inside "home base" will not exceed 10 seats 
  • Your group will still be able to hang outside and/or mingle at the bar  
• We do not offer table or bottle service
• Time earned per booking is 3 hours
• Your guests are welcome to start their own tabs
• We are 21+ after 7pm
• Outside savory food and drink is not welcome 
• Cake/Dessert fee options are available
• Light decorations are allowed (no glitter or confetti)
• Weather:
  • If weather does not allow for us to use our outside space safely your booking becomes eligible for cancellation.  We will communicate with you ASAP in this scenario.  Any deposits or fees paid in advance would be refunded.
